About
Kuzyk Recovery & Performance is a Sherwood Park sports massage and recovery clinic helping athletes and active individuals move better, recover faster, and perform at their best. Registered Massage Therapist and Athletic Trainer Austin Kuzyk uses movement assessments and targeted manual therapy - including deep tissue massage, Active Release Technique (ART), IASTM, and cupping - to identify and address contributing factors behind muscle tension, mobility restrictions, and recurring pain. Whether you're a hockey player preparing for tryouts, an athlete recovering from training, or simply dealing with nagging tightness, treatments are personalized to your body, goals, and needs.
