Still Balance Massage and Wellness

Hi, I’m Lauren—the owner and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). As I continue to grow my practice, I warmly welcome you—or a friend—to my table. My approach is rooted in client-centered, evidence-informed care and guided by open communication. I strive to create a restorative, inclusive space where each client feels heard, respected, and empowered to share honest feedback—because your voice matters in your care. Whether you're seeking pain relief, improved mobility, or simply time to reconnect with your body, I aim to meet you where you’re at. Through clear dialogue and a strong therapeutic relationship, I work to ensure every treatment is not just effective—but meaningful to you.
