Early in the 1800s, paper bags resembled flimsy envelopes, unable to stand upright or hold much weight.
That shifted in 1852, when Francis Wolle created a machine to manufacture paper bags affordably and on a large scale.

Many people juggle packed schedules and never-ending to-do lists, promising themselves theyβll rest eventually.
But rest isnβt just a luxury after burnoutβitβs a crucial way to prevent it.
Burnout goes beyond feeling tired; it can leave you drained, irritable, and unable to focus or sleep well.
Taking breaks helps you bounce back from daily stress, sharpen your focus, and boost both mood and energy.
Rest supports better sleep and prevents long-term exhaustion, letting you keep up with lifeβs demands.
You donβt have to plan a vacationβsimply stepping outside, enjoying a quiet coffee, or unplugging from your phone can help.
Signs you need more rest include weeks of fatigue, irritability, or losing interest in favourite activities.
Schedule regular downtime just like any other commitment.
Prioritizing rest ensures you stay resilient, energized, and ready for what comes next. Read More... |
