LEGO Botanicals Workshop in Sherwood Park Alberta

Featuring engaging activities like the LEGO micro cactus and kids workshop Sherwood Park

Young builders and nature enthusiasts in Sherwood Park have an exciting opportunity to combine their passions this month.

Staples Sherwood Park is hosting a special LEGO® Botanicals Micro Cactus workshop tailored for children aged 5 and up.

This engaging session invites kids to construct and personalize their own mini flowering cactus, delving into the intricate botanical details that make LEGO® sets so captivating.

The workshop is scheduled for Wednesday, March 25, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, offering four convenient 30-minute building sessions at 10:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 11:00 AM, and 11:30 AM.

Parents can select their preferred time slot during registration to ensure a smooth experience for all participants.

All necessary supplies will be provided, and each child will take home their completed LEGO® Botanicals Micro Cactus kit—a delightful keepsake from a morning of creativity.

Space is limited to ensure every family has the opportunity to participate, so early registration is encouraged.

This complimentary workshop is part of Staples' Kids Learn & Play series, aimed at bringing hands-on educational experiences to local communities.

In addition to this event, Sherwood Park offers a variety of activities for young learners.

For instance, the DIY Mini Figurine Garden Workshop at Salisbury Greenhouse on March 28 allows children to create magical gardens for their mini figures, fostering both creativity and a love for nature.

Similarly, the Succulent & Cacti Garden Workshop on March 21 provides an opportunity for families to design their own indoor gardens, blending horticulture with artistic expression.

These events highlight Sherwood Park's commitment to offering diverse and enriching experiences for children, combining education with fun in a community-focused environment.

For more information on these workshops and to register, visit the respective event pages or contact the organizers directly.
