Perimenopause Support in Sherwood Park Alberta

Menopause wellness and Menopause group Sherwood Park resources

Navigating perimenopause can be a complex journey, but women in Sherwood Park have access to supportive resources tailored to their needs.

Balance Wellness offers a monthly gathering titled "The Journey Through Menopause," designed to support, educate, and connect women at every stage of this transition. These free sessions provide a welcoming, judgment-free space where participants can share experiences and gain insights from knowledgeable professionals. The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 30, 2026, from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at Balance Wellness on Kaska Road. Certified Hormone, Health, and Life Coach Jodi Harty from Elements of Wellness will lead the discussion, focusing on personalized care and hormone health. Registration is encouraged, but drop-ins are welcome.

In addition to these monthly meet-ups, Balance Wellness plans to offer optional workshops, guest speakers, and special events throughout the month, some of which may include a small fee. These initiatives aim to provide comprehensive perimenopause support and menopause wellness resources to the community.

For those seeking further support, the Women's Wellness Day for Pelvic Health is scheduled for March 21, 2026, at the Burnewood Community Centre in Edmonton. This event includes sessions on yoga for the pelvic floor, discussions on menopause and hormones, and other activities designed to promote women's health. The program runs from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with an investment of $80.

These events underscore the growing availability of menopause groups in Sherwood Park and the surrounding areas, offering valuable resources for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.
