County Connect, Strathcona County’s online tool for reporting issues, requesting services and sharing feedback, is scheduled to launch an upgraded version on November 5, 2026.

The redesigned portal will use Microsoft Dynamics 365 and connect residents through their existing MyAccounts login.

Residents who already use MyAccounts for property tax information or utility bills can use the same email address and password.

They do not need to create a separate login for County Connect.

Anyone without a MyAccounts login can set one up through the County’s official website.

The County says the updated service will let users browse topics by category, search by keyword, access permits, submit requests and ask questions.

The changes are intended to create a more consistent, personalized self-service experience for residents of Sherwood Park and rural Strathcona County.

Residents can review the County’s instructions and create an account ahead of the planned launch.

Use the official County website to reach the login and account-creation pages.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 seems like overkill for reporting a pothole but okay

Does this work for rural addresses too or just Sherwood Park?

Good to know I can use my MyAccounts login. One less password to remember.

Finally an upgrade. The old one was so clunky to use.
